General Differences in the World
The weather is better after Voldemort's downfall. (Yes, this makes the downfall noticeable to Muggles, too.)
There are less Dementors because there is less fear in the world.
Voldemort's DADA curse was lifted.
Death Eater's marks faded and never hurt again.
What happens to... [places & things]
Azkaban
Dementors are no longer used.
Dumbledore's Army Coins
Most of them still remain in their original owner's possesion and they are treasured
Hogwarts
Slytherin starts accepting some non-pureblood folks.
... but maintains it's evilness.
Severus Snape's portrait does hang in the headmaster's office. Harry made sure of that.
The headmaster/headmistress was not Mcgonagall in the Epilogue.
The Marauder's Map
Harry's son James has the map, even though Harry never gave it to him...

Kingsley Shacklebolt becomes the Minister for Magic
Harry Potter heads the Auror department in 2007 after joining some time in 1998.
Hermione Granger joined the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures.
Later, Hermione was moved to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and eradicated pro-pureblood laws.
Percy Weasley became something high-ranking.
The Resurrection Stone
It's still where it was left, though probably buried by now.
the Quibbler
The Quibbler goes back to publishing nonsense articles about Crumple-Horned Snorknacks and what not.

Abbott, Hannah
Hannah becomes the landlady at The Leaky Cauldron.
She also marries Neville.
Delacour, Fleur
Fleur and Bill have three children: Dominique, Louis, and Victoire.
Dumbledore, Aberforth
He's still at the Hog's Head, playing with his goats.
Dursley, Dudley
Harry and Dudley kept in touch, but the relationship was always awkward.
Chang, Cho
Cho marries a Muggle
Firenze
Firenze was welcomed back to his centaur herd. His pro-human attitude was no longer regretted by the herd.
Granger, Hermione
Hermione marries Ron and has two children: Rose Weasley (born 2005/2006) and Hugo Weasley (born 2006/2007).
She started her post-Hogwartian career at the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures where she took her S.P.E.W. campaign further.
Eventually, she was moved to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and eradicated pro-pureblood laws. She ended up "pretty high up" in that department.
She was able to find her parents and undo their memory charms.
She returned to Hogwarts to finish her N.E.W.T.s
Hagrid, Rubeus
He never marries: Mme. Maxime was too sophisticated and there weren't many others.
Krum, Viktor
Krum falls in love with another woman back in Bulgaria.
Lockhart, Gilderoy
Lockhart never recovers from his memory charm.
Longbottom, Neville
Neville marries Hannah Abbott.
He also starts teaching Herbology at Hogwarts. His students think he is 'cool'.
Kingsley Shacklebolt recruited Neville as an Auror before he became a professor.
Lovegood, Luna
Luna became a naturalist and discovered many new species.
But she never found a Crumple-Horned Snorknack and was forced to admit they never existed.
Luna married Rolf Scamander (grandson of Newt Scamander, author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them).
... and had 2 children: Lorcan and Lysander (twins!)
Lupin, Teddy
Teddy gets raised by his grandmother, Andromeda, and has a close relationship with Harry.
The epilogue hints that he has a romantic relationship with Victoire Weasley, one of Bill and Fleurs children.
Teddy is not a werewolf, but a metamorphagus, like Tonks.
Malfoy family
The Malfoy's didn't go to Azkaban.
Draco marries Astoria Greengrass.
... and has a son named Scorpius.
Scorpius is a much better person than Draco was.
Draco came to understand Harry much better, and vice-versa.
Marietta (Cho Chang's friend)
Her "SNEAK" pimples left a few scars...
Potter, Harry
Contrary to popular belief, Harry does not become Minister for Magic.
He does, however, become head of the Auror Department. He joins the department between May 2nd, 1998 and July 31st, 1998 and rises to become head in 2007.
He marries Ginny Weasley.
... and has 3 children: James Sirius Potter (born 2004/2005), Albus Severus Potter (born 2005/2006), and Lily Luna Potter (born 2006/2007).
Harry's son James has the Marauder's Map, though Harry didn't give it to him.
Harry saw to it that Snape's goodness was shown to the world.
Harry grew to understand Draco Malfoy much better.
He comes into possesion of Sirius's motorbike after Mr. Weasley fixes it.
Eventually, Harry's name ends up on Chocolate Frog cards.
Harry and Ron revolutionize the Auror Department.
Harry returns to Hogwarts to give the odd talk about DADA
Harry and Dudley remain in touch. The relationship will always be awkward, though.
He never returns to Hogwarts to graduate.
Shacklebolt, Kingsley
Kingsley become Minister for Magic and makes the Ministry a better place.
Skeeter, Rita
Rita writes a biography on Harry shortly after book 7.
Umbridge, Dolores
Umbridge gets arrested and interrogated for aversion and crimes against muggle-borns.
Weasley, Arthur
Mr. Weasley fixes Sirius's motorbike and gives it to Harry.
Weasley, Charlie
Charlie never has any children and never marries.
Weasley, George
George continues the run Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.
He also becomes a successful businessman.
He marries Angelina Johnson...
... and has 2 children: Fred and Roxanne
Weasley, Ginny
Ginny joined the Holyhead Harpies (an all-women Quidditch team).
She then became senior Quidditch correspondent for the Daily Prophet.
Ginny married Harry Potter
... and has 3 children: James Potter (born 2004/2005), Albus Severus Potter (born 2005/2006), and Lily Potter (born 2006/2007).
Weasley, Percy
Percy became a high-ranking Ministry worker.
He marries a woman named Audrey...
... and has two children: Molly and Lucy
Weasley, Ron
Ron helps George head Weasley's Wizard Wheezes and makes a fortune.
He also works at the Auror department.
He marries Hermione...
... and has two children: Rose Weasley (born 2005/2006) and Hugo Weasley (born 2006/2007).
His name ends up on Chocolate Frog cards. He will describe this as his finest hour.
